I've just bought a FIT 2007 Autom., ODO 150K km. Never had this type of car before.
Please advise what type of preventive maintenance you'd recommend.
For instance...
- Should I replace the existing engine toothed belt for a new one?
- Would you recommend gear oil change?

Welcome to the club. Read as many threads about Fit maintenance as you can. Find a factory service manual. Start with small stuff like oil, coolant, brakes.
