Unhappy finding short in fuse #22 circuit (tailights & etc.)('08 MT)

Passenger compartment fuse #22 protects the circuit for the tail lights, license plate lights, marker/parking lights, and dash illumination (HVAC and radio buttons).

In my '08 MT 5 speed I have a short somewhere in that system; the fuse blows quickly after turning the lights on. I figure chipmunks or squirrels got into the wiring.

Does anyone have a diagram or pictures of the wires on that circuit, and how to go about troubleshooting this problem? I am at a loss about where to start, and hope I don't have to start ripping apart the dash and interior to find and trace wires.

Thanks in advance!
