15400 PLM-A01PE Oil filter

15400 PLM-A01PE Oil filter
While searching for an OEM Japan oil filter I stumbled across a 15400 PLM-A01PE. The part number is the same as for the Fit except for the PE. I think this filter is for the Power Equipment market. Does anyone know if they are really the same and/or will they work? I did SEARCH the forum but had no luck.

Just based on their intended use I wouldn't use them on a car. And besides the OEM filter can be had for less if you run a search.
