Where should I jack my Fit from?
Thanks for the tip KKim...
I tried it over the weekend.. and my stupid jack doesn't have enough travel to lift the back up. (Didn't bother trying the front)
Which means..... I should lower my car

Yep, lifting from that toe hook in the back requires a jack that can get some lift. I've found when buying a jack to look for one that can lift to about 20" to be of any use to lift from that spot.
Prior to me having a jack that was capable, I did some pretty stupid stuff to get the jack to reach. Suffice to say, spend money on quality tools... you'll be very thankful you did for a long time to come.

Does anyone have this picture saved somewhere? I want to know where the front jacking point is. Thanks.
According to the Fit Service Manual, IT IS!!
Where to center jack Honda Fit?
Hi I'm new on this Honda Fit blog... Your image on this is missing...would you mind to post your picture showing the jack point at the center of the car? Thank you, I really appreaciate it.
I'm not talking the factory jack, but I like to put jackstands on the factory jack points, and that doesn't leave me many places to stick the jack.
For the front, I've found a control arm mounting bolt that works well, but the rear is an issue. Anyone know where Honda suggests placing a floor jack on the Fit?
