Removing window crank rear door

Hey guys, i could really use your help!
I know most of the USDM (if not all) has electric windows in both front and back. But my GD1 Jazz has window cranks on the rear doors. I was wondering if anyone of you would know how to remove those? The thing is that i want to remove the rear door panel, and the cranck needs to go! Pictures would be mostly aprecciated, but if not possible, that is ok as well.

There are some clips on the back. I use a craftsman hook pick to get the pin/clip out.

Okay, i picked up a hook and pick set, and it worked perfectly! Thanks for the help, it really made my audio system better
