I just hit a curb with my brand new 2010 Fit

Yes, I'm a complete moron. I just picked up my new Fit on Tuesday and four days later I scrapped my right front alloy wheel while executing a U turn. The wheel is not bent, only scapped. Any advice on what options I might have to help with this problem?

I know of a place in Miami called turbax they work wonders on trashed rims. I took a wheel that I had when I spun out of control in a 94 z28 hit a sidewalk with front right wheel, it was wrecked but they made it look better than my over wheels like new

I'd vote to buy a new wheel if it is unbearable/undrivable

Shop around for wheel repair shop. 50.00 for scrapped wheel and 125.00 to repair bent wheel. Good luck.

If you are like most people on this forum you will probably want to change from the stock wheels to after market wheels before long so you might as well live with it for now and get it fixed when you want to sell them or put them back on the car to sell it in the future... Counting the stock alloy wheels that came on my Fit I now have 3 sets of wheels and tires.... I am thinking of buying a different size set of wheels and tires in the future.... I never thought I would be like this but sometimes you run into some pretty good deals that you don't want to pass up.

Tex, its kind of funny you have three sets of wheels. I too have three sets and I get so much crap from my parents and friends for it. I also get people asking if I will sell a set all the time. OP that's a real bummer about the wheel, I recommend ether looking in the FS section for some one selling there stockers or even look for a cheap aftermarket set.

Don't feel bad - I owned my Fit for 3 years and never curbed the stocker rims. I purchased ICW Racing rims with machined lip and I had not had them on for a week when I slightly curbed the front left rim pulling out from the drive in bank. Made me sick and I could not believe it. They do have shops that repair them and might be able to make it look better. Just like Texas said most people hate the stockers and replace them anyway. Just depends on if you can live with the road rash on them or not. Just be thankful you did not go to the expense to purchase the Mugen rims - now that would really make you upset.
