I've heard of this before and been tempted to try it but never had a seat that I could waste if it was screwed up.

looks like a spray on dye. how well the color holds would depend on how well it penetrates the fabric's fibers. i wouldn't use it on the seats or other fabrics that get a lot of contact.. maybe the headliner.

Since you insist on wasting bandwidth with these tacky DIY's why don't you at least post the DIY in your thread instead of posting an outside link?

I've heard about it before, and have had good comments, this does'nt sound as stupid as it seems... i would mostly be afraid if the stuff is inflamable

eerrrr.... simple common sense should come into play... who would dye a year or month old seats???

I'm doing the door panel.
Why? Because the upholstery suck on the FIT and there is no door panel fabric covers available (nobody in the right mind would make it)
Why not do the seats too as they share the same hideous fabric? Because seat covers have already been invented to say the least.

Again... this is a dye DIY for folks with common sense. Then again, it's also my fault for not specifying clearly what my message is.
