DIY Program for 2010 Fit Remote?

I want to surprise my sister with a remote for her 2010 Fit for her birthday. I called the dealer and they want $175 + for the key, cutting and programming. I don't think she cares if she just has a fob vs the key with fob attached, so we could have the key part cut off.

I know with my Honda CR-V there were instructions on how to do this yourself. Is there such a thing for the Fit? The site I'm looking at purchasing from says it requires the dealer to program.

Can ya help a newbie out?

Thanks

Sorry I got lost in the 9 pages of the thread. Is the consensus that it has to be done by the dealer or will the instructions on the first page of the thread work?
