What are you paying to have a key cut and immobilizer programmed?

Trying to get a baseline of what to expect when I start making calls after my key shows up... my locksmith says he's not sure if he can do the 2010 models though he can do 2009 for $100. Is the 2009/2010 immobilizer programmed the same?

I bought a blank on Ebay for about $35 and dealer programmed and cut it for $18. Still a lot cheaper than having dealer do everything
