How do I access the washer pump on 09 Fit Sport?

Do I need to remove the bumper cover, or just the passenger side wheel and the wheel well liner or ?

Remove right inner fender. What's the problem, bad motor or no fluid flow?

Thanks. Just no fluid flow. No sound from pump either. My '10 Fit had same problem in the winter, but it was under warranty. I assumed an ice block killed the pump. But this one just failed for no apparent reason. I wonder if there's a technical bulletin out on this. Seems like a fairly common problem.

Pump should be easy to get at. Check fuse #21, 15A. Washer motor. Could be a clogged outlet on the motor.
