multiple random misfires on 2007 fit

I am experiencing random multiple misfires on cylinders 1,2, and 4. I am also getting a code for a bad temperature sensor. I have replaced the temp sensor and put in new plugs. The coil packs were clean and dry with no visible defect. The temp sensor was an OEM part. I am still getting the random misfire in the same 3 cylinders. I never get a misfire on cylinder #3. I am also continuing to get a code on the temp sensor. The engine does not misfire all the time. The MIL will come on but will turn off after 1 or 2 engine restarts. (stopping at stores, etc.) The problem is getting progressively worse, but is at its' worst during rain. What can I do. Mine is a 2007 Honda Fit Basic with 130,000 miles. I have kept a strict maintenance schedule for it, changing the oil every 3,000 miles (I know it can go further but I am a nut about maintenance) One suggestion to me was to check the crank shaft sensor. Anybody know anything about this issue?

Put on brand new coilpacks maybe as it seems it's a part that like to go batshit on Honda's L15A engine! Probably because they are located directly between the 2 exhaust valves... They are probably getting hot like crazy! Heat is what's killing Volks 1.8T coilpacks, maybe it's the Same on our L15A1...

Marko!
