forgot to ask, how did you mold the shape so that covers the projector brackets?? have you ever thought about losing the ability to adjust the headlights?

sheet metal and silicone adhesive, it's not going to melt anytime soon i can tell ya that, once it's on, then it's staying for a long time, but on the adjusting thing, i have the projector aimed just as it should be, and once i mount everything back together it'll still be adjustable up and down since i used the stock headlight dish.
