Thick versus Thin
Thick versus Thin
I've read from several sources here on Fitfreak (and other detailing forums as well) that thick MF towels have a harder time removing waxes, polishes and sealants than their thinner counterparts.
I'm currently looking at Cobra Gold Plush Jr for my wax removal/buffing needs. Thoughts and opinions?

I have never experienced any problems with even my thickest foam lined microfibers. If I do have an opinion it is to avoid Cobra for the time being. They used to be a good towel, but lately people have been having problems with them. I use and recommend Pakshak microfibers. They are better quality and if anything usually cheaper in comparison.

Thanks for the advice, Funkster. I was thinking of going with Pakshak towels. I'm not sure if I'm ready to spend $11 or more for shipping. But still, USPS is cheaper than UPS or FedEx.
Some day me and the missus will be traveling back home for a much needed vacation (we're both born and raised in HI) and I can stock up on stuff. Sounds pretty nifty, huh? LOL
