How to remove stuck rotor screw (2009 Honda Fit Sport)
Here's a YouTube video("EricTheCarGuy") that shows how to remove the stuck rotor screws. I found the double hammer method worked for my Fit, when I couldn't get the passenger side screws out.
BTW, parts I used:
new rotor screws part #: 93600-06014-0H
Honda pads: 45022-TK6-A00
Brembo rotor: W0133-1784756.
Permatex Ceramic Extreme Brake Parts Lubricant
The difference with Brembo 25331 (OE replacement) is that W0133 has dimple wear indicator on the front surface while 25331 has a plain surface.
The Honda pads doesn't seem to require typical breaking in of new pads/rotors. After the replacement, I took the car out for test drive, and the brake pedal travel seems to be the same as before and the stopping distance is about the same without breaking in the pads and rotors.
I guess I saved few hundred bucks of labor that would have been charged by a dealer nearby.
