how to disassemble head assembly

Ok. I'm not really good with engines, that much i know. I also have tried searching for online manual, but somehow all the pictures were replaced with some weird button. All the download links come up blank. So please help and give me pointers.

I'm diassembling my spare engine to salvage parts that are usable. I've taken apart the engine block, head and oil pan. and i've salvaged almost everything from sensors to crank arms.

Now i'm stuck with 3 things:
1. valve rocker arm assembly, I cannot slide the rocker arms from the shaft. There's a nudge on the ends of the rocker shaft that prevents me to slide the rocker arms. How do I remove this rocker arm?

2. i cannot slide off the camshaft. how do I do this? I'm guessing that i need to turn the thing with hexagon key counter-clockwise while holding the camshaft in place. But I don't have the spanner for holding the camshaft. If i'm correct this is how i take off the camshaft then I will buy said spanner.

3. Valves. how do i take off the valves? i'm guessing that i need to take off the pin on the valve spring retainers? but how do i do this?

Thanks for any help I can get. And don't worry, i have no intention of assembling this engine again. I'm doing this for the sake of learning.
