ok i have found the images in the link you posted but i don't know were that jacking point is at the front. obviously i know about the four lifting points on the four outside corners of the frame but you can't put your vehincle on jack stands by lifting at the same points that you need to position them under. So i suspected the rear towing eye and a spot at the front middle that looked like it may be ok to jack on. But my manual says nothing about that, it only explains that in the helms manual and i would be an idiot to jack it up there without being sure, hence why i asked you guys. I realise now that you can just up the rear on the towing eye, but the picture in the helms manual is not zoomed out enough; i don't know were that point is.

read your owners manual.

Very simple even without the manual, look for a beefy metal part of the unibody or subframe. Sometimes there are even pictures on the door caps, near the latch, or underhood

I did read the owners manual and it only refers to the obvious lifting points on the outside corners of the frame. What i really need to know is were can i jack it up at the front. Now in between the the front wheels is a spot that looks like it might ok to jack from but im not sure. And looks can be deceiving, its not like the old days with your chevy pickup. The Helm's manual points at a spot but it is not a clear enough picture and i don't recognize what i see in the picture on my own car.

There was only diagram i saw that was close but it did not look identical to the underneath of my car. Nowon seems to be able to give me an answer, i might just have to try the point between the two front tires.

Well ive seen these pictures before but it is not the same as what is under my 2007. However i do see a similarity in the top picture; that center point with the large whole; mine looks different but i think there basically the same thing. Do you think that would be a good place to jack it up by?
