Fit 2012 VSA Recall Problems

I took my 2012 Fit into the dealer to get an oil change, tire rotation and the VSA recall done. As I was leaving the dealer I noticed that my VSA Off light was on. Took it back to the dealer and they said that's supposed to happen and the fix turns the VSA off until it is needed. I don't think that's correct. Anybody have any insight? VSA OFF button does nothing. Even the dealer tried turning it back on and couldn't before they told me it's normal.

TL;DR:
- VSA OFF light is on after VSA recall repair
- Dealer said that's normal but I don't agree
- Anybody get this done and experience the same thing?

Randomly ran over something that tore up my tire yesterday. Had Goodyear take a look while they were replacing my tire and they couldn't find anything. I'm going to harass the dealer today.

The person that did the recall likely didn't do it as per procedure by Honda. Take it back and demand that they redo the VSA update as per Honda's service bulletin/recall instructions state.

I've done a couple of the VSA updates and personally have yet to see/hear of any come backs due to the VSA light coming on after the update.

Just called the main Honda Service line about the issue and they agreed that that is not the correct outcome from the recall. Now begins the fun journey of trying to get the dealer to own up to it. Thanks for your help guys!
