Codes P0700 P1259 P1705

I have an 03 Honda Civic with a A/T bt not a CVT. Transmission has been shifting harder over last month. I put the scanner on it and got a P1705 TCM A/T gear position switch circuit shorted. Would this be one of the solenoid valves inside the trans or could this be an actual short in the wireing? Or possibly the TMC itself ? when in park the green light next to the D indicator is flashing. also have a code 22-04 all pointing to shift solenoid valve (open) or (high input). Really hopeing I wont have to change this tranny. Has anyone had these problems? what can I do? advice is greatly appreciated.
