Wiper blades?

Two questions: Does anybody make them out of a material that won't rot in SoCal?, and what is a good site to buy them cheap?

Think this was on a recent tread. But the conclusion there was it cheap enough on a Honda Service Center.
My local center has a 'Coupon' for them on the website. $14 for a pair (org $18).
