Trim around little window loose

Trim around little window loose
The light grey trim that goes around the little window on the front passenger side of my 09 base is loose and uneven/moves where it borders the dashboard. It looks like there is a body pin or something in-between the dash and that piece of trim that is not in place. Can anyone tell me how to access it?
