3 out of 4 not working. Passenger rear goes up but not down. Have replaced master switch no change. Replaced all fuses. Have had door trim off and checked with working motor and regulator still no change. Replacement motor n reg goes up n down on test bench...

 

I had a similar problem with my 2007 Fit. The front passenger side window went up but now down. My mechanic first suspected something out of alignment. When it took the door apart, he found the window was fine, but a piece connecting the window and motor(?) was broken. Unfortunately, the piece was not sold separately and I had to purchase the entire window.
