Questions about e85 and transmission modification
Questions about e85 and transmission modification
I have 2 questions about e85 and transmission modifications/replacement.
1. To swap my car over to e85 will I need to buy higher cc injectors or are the stock injectors powerful enough for a higher flow rate.
2. Is it possible to either buy or make a straight cut gearbox for the car?
I wanna (eventually) turn my fit into an ultimate track hot hatch and these 2 modifications are ones I want to do early on.
I drive a 2008 Honda fit sport.

Google it. Yes larger injectors are required anytime you are running E85. And no there are no straight cut gear swaps for any Honda Fit transmission.
You don't need either of those to go fast in a Fit. There are much better upgrades to do first. Like suspension and brakes. That will be your largest improvement area to start in. Not HP gains...
