805FitSport redone nitrous set-up... pics inside (IAT sensor relocated!)
So i finally got some more time and decided to relocate things and check other things to make sure everything is ok, i notice one of my fuel lines was getting brital and some of my wires for silenoids were getting banged up cause they were not mounted properly.
so i made a mount for both silenoids and relocated the IAT sensor and nitrous fogger.
here is a engine bay pic.
another.
relocated IAT sensor.
CHINA brass Tee for my fuel lines with OEM subaru fuel clamps.
Old beat up NOS fogger.
the evil brothers.....(silenoids)
another.
im getting new step colder plugs in a few days and im upping the shot. stay tuned....
oh and BTW guys, if you have a fujita CAI.... CHECK YOUR FILTER!!! heres what mine looked like after 6 months.

Question, relocating the IAT sensor does what for performance? And will it hurt gas mileage?
The set up looks a lot better. I think Im going to spray my car. Ran my car last night at the track. 16.8@81mph. Horrible 2.6 60 foot. I didnt think the car was THAT slow. Definitely feels a lot faster.

your gas mileage will most likely stay the same, i haven't noticed any difference and i have had the IAT relocated for about 2 weeks. performance wise it just keeps the sensor in a colder location away from the engine bay. ive gotten a 15.8 @85mph in my car at the track off the bottle, with a 2.2 60ft. i also have pulley and T1R test pipe.

wow great placement for the IAT!
nice setup!
btw, i suggest to change the filter for a new one vs. trying to clean it and reoil. (ie. K&N cleaner kit) Any type of cleaning of the filter reduces its filtering capability drastically. I used to clean my filter every 2 oil changes, then my idle air control valve got dirty and started to stick, causing shitty idle and weird 1st gear downshifts. Dealer replaced the IACV out of good will and suggested that i replace the filter instead of trying to clean it. I've been doing it every 2-3 oil changes thereafter and never had a repeat problem.
plus filter's only $40 or so, not bad to ensure the cleaniness of the motor.

my car is pretty stripped too... no spare, rear seats, no curtin airbags rear seat belts, no AC.

i highly doubt a supercharged Fit will be faster, even there high PSI pulley. i seen vids of the car and man what a disapointment for what 6 grand or so.

So, all you have is a CAI, pulley, and a test pipe? Dude; thats fast! Hahhh!
Which pulley btw?
I would have been plenty happy with a 16.5@82. Im expecting way faster now. Hope I dont disappoint myself.
Now to the IAT, you dont think relocating it there could cause a performance increase? How would keeping the sensor in a colder location help performance? Sorry, this Honda stuff and ONE sensor in the intake is new to me.

i never use AC, so i took it out. i doubt it gives any gains with it removed other than just some weight savings. check out AJracing for the T1R.

raced a 4door Si
so my friend has one of those new 4 door Si's and i raced him last night with a 65 shot of nitrous.... i pulled off my 16 inch C8's for the time being, im on some rota track R's 15 inch with azenis RT-615's... we raced from a 1st gear roll at about 20mph, he got the jump on me by about half a car (don't have a purge kit) and all i got was wheel spin all the way to red line in 1st i quickly hit 2nd and spun the RT 615's to about 5800 RPMS when they finally got traction. by that time i already pulled ahead about half a car through 2nd gear, i catch 3rd and im walking him nicely, end of 4th i was up about 4 cars... so how fast do you guys think my Fit is.... from what i can tell you guys, before when i was on the 50 shot, i never had wheel spin problems in 1st or 2nd gear... it was pretty cold out too.

The new Civic Si's are slow. 2door or 4door. Not trying to bust your balls because I KNOW your car is fast.
Just pointing out that racing and beating a new Si isnt saying much.
Im sure you have friends with an RSX-S. Run one of those. Or just take it to the track with the spray.
Im just interested to see what it traps. Not so much the ET. I went to the track last night again. 16.9@80mph bitch! 2.6 60 foots.
