Forged pistons for Honda Fit

I am new here :-) I just wondering if any dealer can order Forged pistons for honda fit?

I already have turbo installed but i need higher boost.

Now my car is running at 1.2 bar.

I want more strong piston in order to boost higher.

I don't think they make forged piston yet. I'm pretty sure they will be out soon. Just have to give it some time. Also with all of the big tuners swaping in K20's in there fit's the little L15 engine feels left out. I'm sure people will play around with this L15 engine. Just like they did back in the 90's with D- series engines.

There are plenty of reputable companies that can manufacture custom forged pistons, Arias, Venolia, JE etc.

I think Golden Eagle or something like that is making forged pistons for the Fit. Check Honda-Tech under the Fit section.

Thanks guys for these information, i will contact them to check.

For K20a, i am not sure if can run faster than my turbo. Anyone have information about k20a inside Honda Fit 1/4 miles records? As I race with Z33 and NSX, I won :-)

A k20 fit would be a lot faster and I mean A LOT. Wait, you beat an NSX? Is there any proof of this?

1.2 bar? Are you serious? Do you know how much psi there is at 1.2 bar? What kind of fueling do you have on your fit to save you from blowing up your car?

until I see proof, i'm raising the B.S. flag

are you sure? 1.2 bar = about 17.5 lbs of boost=the death of the stock L15, i don't even think it will handle that on gas either so i too am rasing up the BS flag.

Dyno with HKS Fcon-SZ

Well, maybe many of your guys not believe this, Honda fit can won Honda NSX.

I don't have picture when race with NSX but have dyno that with Fcon-sz but now already change to HKS Fcon-Vpro.

Of course i know what is 1.2 bar haha...
PRESSURE CONVERSION CHART PSI-BA

This is not my only turbo car, i have BCNR33 in Thailand.

This Honda fit i using in China when i there.

Nice Ride!!!

Being that i am not savvy with engine internals and tuning, what else would one need to do besides replace pistons to bulletproof the top half of the motor. Is that all you did? Seems like our little engines are capable of putting out those kind of numbers but i want my ride to be reliable for years to come as well.

What about the bottom end? Crank. etc... I heard from King Motorsports that Krowler might come out with a stroker kit for the 1.5. What exactly does that come with? Does the block need to be modified or do the parts just replace existing internals? Could one expect gains when installing a stroker kit by itself without boost?

AFAIK anything below the deck (block/head mating surface) including pistons, rods etc. is considered part of the bottom end. May be a little different terminology than something like a motorcycle where the cylinder is often separate from the crankcase.

For the engine i didn't make anything yet.. just add big injector - k24a and 550cc sub injector. That is the reason why i want to get forged pistons and forged connecting rod.

For my plan if change to forged piston and connecting rod also change to another bigger turbo like HKS GT-RS maybe can get 400 HP.

The only weak point of L15 is the pistons and connecting rod.

805FitSportso your telling me that the Fit will take a 131 WHP gain and will not break?
Yes if your tuner can tuning the car good
