I was leaning towards getting the Megan Racing cat back exhaust. It's not abnormally loud and I think it adds a really clean look to the back of the car.

If I also purchased the down pipe which has the new CAT, would that void my warranty? I really like the fact that the pipes are stainless. I had an 87 Prelude and the muffler wasn't so bad when it needed replaced, but the mid pipes and so on seemed to get pretty expensive. Thanks.

if you're really worried about warranty, just keep your old exhaust on hand. that's what i do. i have my old exhaust so that if anything does go wrong, i'll just swap the new exhaust back for the old one. they won't know the diff.
