why megan racing's product = crap?

well i have megan header, and megan DP
can someone tell me why the bolts to bolt 2pcs together shares different size bolts ?
DP is 14mm
and header is 10mm ?
and the bolts that come with the kit don't even fit...WHY WHY !!!
how come megan's header features the cheapest welds ?
and still sells for $169 or something......
i will post a picture later !
thanks for viewing

i always believe you get what you pay for, thats why a good header will run you more around 300, for me not worth the little gains, if i want to go fast i will save for a turbo kit, or supercharger, even if it takes me two years to save. i only say this because ive been down that road before on a couple of cars, header, intake, exhaust, over 1000 dollars for very little gains, i still like exhaust purley for looks and sound now, but the other stuff is not worth my time or money. just my 2cents.

i never used the extra bolts..but it came with it. I just used the factory bolts and it was fine, but took the whole thing off a day later because I didn't like the raspy honda fart can sound

All 4 of my headers fit just fine, they all just leaked like a senior citizen in diapers. Hahaha!

As far as the welds, they looked O.K to me but then again I know nothing about good welds. The bolts, like stated prior, I used the stock bolts that held the stock header to the block.
I beat on my car pretty hard plus it is an everday sales car! So far I have found no leakage and just an all around great upgrade. I purchased mine through IPtuned, in which is located in So Cal. Sorry you are having issues...thought they fixed all (MEGAN).

Hmm, I have their axle-back and it's been trouble free for over 6 months now. I was thinking about going with the Megan headers but I went with Weapon*R for the exact fears that the OP is now experiencing.
