If you use the search you'd find the info but I'll answer your questions since I'm wondering the same thing

So far there is a group buy for weaponR header (as well as the dyno sheet) already which is here
The T1R header thread is here which has the dyno here

the weapon r is 200-250 and the t1r is 450-550 i believe.

Wave did a short opinion review for his J's racing header here

Most of the weapon R header owners have said they noticed an increase in torque at the low-end RPMs (also noticed in the dyno).

I think T1R is emission legal?
but the weaponR is not.

T1R will give noticeable gains compared to the WeaponR.

I just put on the Weapon R street and I love it you can feel it the instant you touch the gas pedal. On the top end it seems the same but because the bottom is strong the top might feel mellowed out but, the dyno says 2 hp on top according to Weapon R.

After looking at the dynos for both the choice seems clear: Weapon R.....the low end boost overall is what sells me.

here are some new dynos from weapon-r's web site:

new street header dyno:

new dyno for the RACE header....

Those are older dynos for the T1R header I believe. It was redesigned.
I dont like dynapack dynos at all.

If you have the money, go for the T1R. For a cheaper and nice header, I like the DCSports. And then some like the Megan over the DCSports.

I am very pleased with my T1R header. It is a fine piece of work. I waited a long time for the WR header because of the 4-2-1 design and low price, but it sort of pis*** me off that it didn't fit properly and they thought that was OK. I also was thinking about FI so I liked the larger pipes.

I have a HFP exhaust and it really reduced the booming between 2 & 3 M revs. My gas mileage went up about 10%. There was comment that the larger tubing could lean out the mix and that is probably true, but it has more low end so I also spend more time in a higher gear than before.

I don't know if you can justify the extra cash, but I have no second thoughts.

The Weapon R flange to the down pipe is about 5mm short so the bracket to the header to transmission is slightly off. The bracket uses a thick washer that I moved between the header and bracket and no problems. The header is very solid so WR says you can omit the bracket. I just used it because it's there.

The T1R header has 38mm and each tubing is close to equal length. The header is built and aimed for hp at deaily driving usable ranges. As you can see from the dynoplot, the power kicked in at very low rpm which a lot of other headers will not do on the market.

Well developed and high quality products cannot be made cheaply but we tried to maintain the price as low as possible already.

Good luck in choosing the header

Thanks
Ben

It's completely up to you. The price for the T1R header is greater than the Weapon R header, but you know what you'll get from T1R. There is a reason why a lot of us here on the forum use their products and consistently give great marks to their products. I would definitely save up and spend the extra money to get the T1R headers.

Weapon*R here. Aside from the support bracket not matching up it works wonders. Car is much more driveable.
