The dyno where it makes 144whp is using a SuperChip (and upgraded injectors), right?

If so, I'd like to see a dyno of the same kit with the Hondata reflash. I assume that there would be some mid-band improvements.

All 5# kits so far use the pre-programmed KW SuperCard. Yeah, the 144whp was with the injector package and 60mm cat-delete exhaust, exhaust header.

Can anyone at KraftWerks confirm this? I'm just confused and waiting with nervous anticipation at this point.

actually, aliencowboy has the base beta kit, using the rotrex unit that will be included with the a/t (unlike leonies) and he has not had ANY issues whatsoever with it. I belive he is running a full on exhaust (not sure about headers) and stock injectors.

Well I was just hoping that a little noise now would produce the desired information a week before the a/t kit starts to go out. The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

eldanio,
You are correct, I have stock injectors and the Megan B-Pipe and Muffler, no header at this time ( I do have a Weapon R that will be going on) later.
I have had no problems at all, and the car runs great.
The car has more power with the A/C on than it did before with no A/C on
that says allot.
Hope This Helps
AC

Are you going to beta test the injectors + W*R header on the a/t kit before its release?

^ +1 from me too.. I still like the numbers better on the T1R kit, but if the highboost/hondata kit is comparable or better I know where my chunk of change is going!

I posted up an FYI on the last page (post 136), just want to reiterate that I doubt the manifold will work correctly with the supercard without modifying it AC.

I think most people are talking about the exhaust side, not the intake side?

We just want to know how to reasonably squeeze the most out of the 5# kits without going super extreme...

KW said a some posts back about some wrong conclusions, so I guess KW with hit us with the full scoop eventually about this.

If so my apologies... wait why wouldn't the header work with the KW Kit?

With the utmost respect, aliencowboy (and KW)... is all that can be said about performance so far (on your AT), is that "it's got more power than it did before without the A/C on"? That's nice and all, but it doesn't sound like over $3000.00 worth of mod. I think we need to hear more detail. Most of the reports (from MT guys) have been things like "it's fun to drive" and not much detail. My e-mail when the pre-order for AT when up mentioned "smoking the tires in S mode", which sounds pretty awesome, so I guess I am looking for more overall feedback. Just shooting onto the freeway a little faster ain't going to quite do it for me! Am I expecting too much?

Maybe they are too busy out enjoying their cars to elaborate .

I think he is trying to give a small example. It has more power everywhere, A/C On and A/C Off... It doesn't matter.

A dyno graph will be available shortly showing the kits performance against stock.

I don't blame you in the least. and the KW is not just 3k, its nearing 4 and it'll be MORE for those of us who are not so mechanically inclined and need a shop to do the install.

I'm suprised how many have not started a 'review' thread. Its like everyone suddenly ran out of time and has none to spare to report back to us. Which in all fairness could very well be the case!

But i do agree: its a lot of dough if what some folks are saying is true, in that its not that much quicker. And if it was me, you'd already have your 0-60.

now we're talking! i don't think that was directed as you guys as a company ojr, i'm just trying to figure out how guys are concluding that their stock supercharged fit is only 'slightly' faster than guys with basic bolt on's, as it just does NOT make any sense. (i'm assuming you agree with this?)
