i eye balled the shape. i used piping for the basic shape and the "ball part/tumor'' was a styrofoam ball. i then used compound "for drywall" to finish off the shape.

so what size pvc piping did you use for the throttle end and the filter end... what item did you use for the breather tube?

I'm pretty interested in trying this, seems like it would be fun and look pretty clean at the end.

BTW did you put anything on the original shape before you fiberglassed? im worried about the fiberglass sticking to the model once you cut the whole thing in half.

the throttle end i used 2in abs piping and the filter i used 2in too but it was a little small so i used duct tape to build it up to lik 2.5. the breather tube i used 3/8 copper piping for A/C and flanged out the end so it wouldnt slide out. i used the compound to shape it and covered it completely with compound so when i cut it the compound was like a shield.

Very cool. Props & rep for being original!

I work with composites so can appreciate the work that went into it.

Now fine tune the shape for maximum gains, make your molds, and start cranking out parts on ebay!

Not bad, I'd be afraid that there's more engineering involved with chamber intakes than "eyeballing it." You very well could be hindering the performance of it. Looks to me like the air goes in and if it doesn't get trapped in a little swirling vortex in the big hole area, it goes in follows the huge curve and goes straight into the corner where it's then forced to come over to the TB by suction.
