couldve put some bondo on that to make it look better

anyways: a little too bulbous for my tastes. But props to you for making your own! =D

yea some spots do need bondo but i used bed liner paint

its not very easy on the eyes and its oddly shaped ......but it certainly looks functional......so kudos, and im sure if you wanted you could go back and "touch it up" later. more importantly.....how well does it work???.....how does it sound???

hehe I imagine it sounding like a bongo drum for some reason

It should work well, nice rounded structure looks to be easy on air flow. Certainly not going to win any beauty prizes but I bet it performs!

Seriously though, maing you need to sand that thing out and spray it with some auto paint or some wrinkle paint or something. Looks like it's made of paper-mâché.

yea i didnt want to make it perfect and install it with no results. it helped throughout the the power band. Once vtec kicks in i really feel it. you cant hear it unless i punch on it which i like. when i do hit it its very deep with a nice tone. its different in a good way i guess.

props on the intake man. you beat me to it. i kind of put mine on the back burner for now. i hate to sound like a broken record but that sucker needs a good sand and spray.

The work was good.....dyno chart? Do you have any teorical/practical work base for the dimensions of your chamber?

first i made a mold of that shape. then i fiberglassed on to the mold. after i cut the fiberglass and mold in half. then i sandwiched the two halves together and fiberglassed it.
