One heck of a big job.

I'm sure more powerful L-series motors will become available in the next few years which will be a lot easier to fit.

the newer L engine will just bolt on easy like the b16-20 to EG. i hope that it will be ready by end of this month. the rear treatment is the most interesting part of the car.
i will post when its finished.

rear brakes are from a dc5 also. front is basically a dc5 with all components- engine, suspension, steering, shocks etc.

Cool

the rear suspension is still jazz. i had an adaptor made to mount the rear brakes fror the dc5 incl its hub w/the 5 stud bolts, caliper etc.
shocks are adj tanabe which the mounting was modified bec its shorter than the stock jazz and right now im temporarily using the stock rear springs until they come out with after market ones i like.
wheels are mugen nr7 18". exactly the same as the mugen fit dynamite.

Hey ek888,

I wonder if the lower subframe just bolt on to the Jazz ? How about the wiring harness ? Does it adapt with minor or major modifications ? I notice you are running DC5 suspension as well so are there any mods to fit in the steering rack ? Do you have any pics for it ?

Sorry for so many questions.

you have to fabricate the support for the dc5 subframe and also the for the dc5 steering rack. its a major undertaking. the rack intrudes into the firewall a good 6in. i just tested it this week and it looks good. here is a link
