He use JDM Y33 Hood damper for this. Y33 is same as our Q45

Most hood dampers are in that price range.

factory ones, yes they are. But, find the manufacturer, as AJ did, and save $$.
I found a shop in new zeland that has them at around $45 a pair for the carryboy ones.

i gonna work on fabing up a mock and possibly producinmg them ill keep you posted inless someless finds a distributor.

I have made contact. the one we are looking for is currently out of stock. I am ordering 20 SETS and will make them available AT COST once I get them. I am hoping to have them ready in the next few weeks. hang in there with me!!!

ok so if the deal with gimme falls through i have a backup plan. im teaming up with NRG to make the kit. i have a mock up kit on ours the is not fully completed, just narrowing down the compression of the damper and the brackets, but here are some pics (the pics are horrible sorry, but just so you get the idea)

getting with NRG again tomorrow, and have to get the brackets produced in quantity and get a good price together. hope about 2 weeks or so. ill keep you posted

pricing is good, but as you know just depends on how many ppl want them.
as far as them being long the arent to bad bout the same as a integra or maybe a civic.

mine will be a pair not sure about gimme's. the pics are of just one side to show what they will look like.

as of right now, i am looking at $35 a pair for the carryboy dampers. that is BEFORE shipping. They will be getting me a quote on freight from New Zeland to me this week hopefully

*edit* that price is if i purchase 20 sets, which i plan on doing
