Come-on!

These add 5+MPH, like polishing the headlights!

My wife's Blazer LT doesn't even have these, but it does have leather seats.

:me thinking: Hm, leather seats...

okay, just rec'd the freight quote @ $450 for 20 sets. I am going to be emailing a few more times to get concrete pricing on sets/qty so there wont be any suprises when I order them. I will also have to factor in the assumed duty charges as well.

We are definitly that much closer here people!!!

ps, the $450 scared me at first. then i divided it into 20 and it's only 22.50 per set extra. So, I will still be able to do this at a very affordable price

oh and, i want to make sure i have all 19 sets sold before i order. can't have dead stock

Even if 10 of us have to buy 2 sets each, it will still be less than $155.00...

emailed tonight to confirm the order. I am just making sure I am purchasing 20 sets of CB-548 at the price + shipping quoted.

Once they arrive here, I will notify everyone of their arrival and final cost. I am hoping to have them for about $80'ish a set+ actual shipping costs.

p.s. why is this thread in the JDM tuning & engine modification section?

I dunno - maybe Fit Trix general discussion? Hood dampers don't have much to do with engine tuning, imo.

And did you see my first question? Who are the "they" you're referring to? Who else is selling these?

here are the pics of the dampers on my car - there are a left and a right, oh and they DO KICK ASS!! - no issues either, hood closes all the way and as you can see opens all the way with no obstruction from the prop rod, i kept the prop rod in stock location for windy days when checking the oil and such.

hood with oem prop rod

hood without prop rod with hood dampers

left and right dampers (basically just as long as oem hood hinge it installs to)

i'd just send pathfinder (check out my friends) a PM to ask about these, i'm sure he has some kind of store, and seems like a real trustworthy person to deal with!!
