well the ports on the intake manifold were smaller than on the block

It can't hurt, but I wouldn't be expecting any kind of hp increase from it. Either way, nicely done.

lol you guy's don't pay attention at all.Do you see the silver rings inside the port! the runners cone in towards the end so I fixed that.I was hoping this might be a little tip.I just believe every little thing works........

well sorry i havent taken that side of my intake mani off to look what it used to look like. Did you port match it or just shave it?

well I measured the ports on the block with a caliper and on the mani , theres a 2 mm difference,but when you take the mani off theres going to be like dark rings on the flange around the port

i port matched my lower intake manifold. shaved quite a bit of metal out of it. seems to run better but i dont have any numbers to prove anything.

there is alot of material in the stock runners to port out. then you just need a custom manifold to compliment the ported intake runners (hint hint SHG Mike)

weapon R is garbage, many people have issues with EGR codes and not making any real power.

I didnt realize the ports were THAT off, ill have to port match mine this spring. Pretty soon ill have unlimited dyno access so maybe ill get a before and after, though my results will be skewed with my intake manifold.
