put the wideband right in between the senor in the header and the sensor that is supposed to be past the cat. roughly 12 to 14 inches down stream of the head.

I would recommend you put it in the header..
depends if your going to use it all the time or just for tuning..
If your going to keep it in all the time.. i would just get a Innovate LM-2..
That way you dont need to have that think in there all the time. just take samples from your tailpipe for tuning.. and it also does OBD2 scanning ..
Also it can do data log and read what all your sensors are doing.. which is a good idea.. Better than buying just a wideband.. atleask this is a wideband and tuning tool all in one..

If your just going to leave it in the car.. put it near the last O2 on the header..
We have o2 bungs also... you shoulda told me i would've got you one...

Looks like I will be picking up something pretty similar, a portable LM1 unit

Looks like this is the one I will be getting in the end, no stock left on the LM1's anywhere

What makes the LM2 worth so much more than the LM1

Getting closer, going to pick up the header this afternoon with the new bung installed. I ended up going with the full LM2 kit.

Sunday is the big install day for everything

Race Header and Revised intake manifold are IN!!

And no CEL

Race header provides a noticeable low end response, I am interested to see how the numbers play out on the dyno.

I was however running rich, my AFR was 14.6 at idle, but it dropped down to as low as 10.0 on WOT. It needs to be tweaked quite a bit yet.

Yeah when I first installed the manifold down in Van because of the EGR issue it leaned the AFR out a lot... what you are seeing now is the E-manage tune I had at the time to counter it going overkill until I can start tweaking it to bring it back up a bit.

This is one of the reasons why my car only made a bit more power than stock on my last dyno.... that and the ECU was throwing in even MORE fuel than now because of a CEL.

I am confident we are going to see some BIG numbers out of this car in a bit!

Lets see if I can remember just power mods;

-T1R Response Header > Swapped out for WR Race header
-Cat Removed
-T1R B-Pipe
-T1R 50S Exhaust
-UR Pulley Kit (I think I am the only Fit to have both pulleys installed)
-Greddy E-Manage Ultimate
-Fujita CAI > Swapped out for WR intake w/ cold air extension

Will be tuned with the above mentioned LM-2

just remove the greddy emanage and run with the stock ecu to correct everything until you get your tune on.

Better rich than lean for the moment, I will have a chance to do some corrections soon.

if your not throwing a code then you shouldnt be running lean if you go back to the oem ecu. it will figure out itself.
