Cleaning PRM intake filter

It's about time for me to clean my filter and I'm a little, no, a LOT dumb about how to do it? Am I supposed to just flush water into it with a hose? How do I oil it up? I know this is a noob-ass question, and I'm sorry, but this is the first car I ever modded and I don't know
