Hello everyone i was bored and looking around on ebay and look what i stumbled on.

If that actually worked i would fall on the floor laughing. It probably works but kills your engine in a week or two.

It's just a resistor which you can get at Radio Shack for less than a buck. You see them on Ebay for all car makes. Don't buy it.

boy oh boy. I thought those things were banned on ebay or something like 5yrs ago. I know they are not really banned but they should be since they do absolutely nothing for your car except maybe make you mess up your ecu trying to install it and not to mention ruin your warranty.

We need to just start ignoring these items...I'm so sick of hearing about them on everyforum...can we get a sticky that says.."ATTN: DO NOT BUY EBAY PERFORMANCE CHIP"...or something?

 

yeah, its getting annoying. It just makes the Coolant temp snesor think the car is cold, thus forces the computer to dump more fuel. You'll lose fuel economy, slow the car down, and pollute a lot more, not to mention possibly burn out the cat.

I still think threads about stupid ebay auctions should be placed in a 'Stupid Ebay Auction"* forum...that way the rest of us don't have to read about them/see them every couple weeks.
