anyone port and polish there intake manifold??? if so did it help??

the upper section is plastic, the lower section is metal.

You would need to match the port size of the cylinder head with the intake runners to get any flow benefit..... It would be difficult do much with the stock intake that wouldn't be time consuming and of questionable flow characteristics between each runner.
