quick plug question

current mods are
-dc sport header
-greddy ti-c axle back
-fujitsui cold air intake

and will be ordering weapon r intake manifold, cat delete, etc, possibly the t1r crank pulley.
so my question is with this setup should i order the ngk ik22 that kraftwerks sells or the ik20 which seems to be the stock heat range
