What happen if increase Fuel pressure?

What happen if increase Fuel pressure?

What happen if increase fuel pressure if 50 PSI to 51~ 55 PSI?

At high speed will it help?

I wouldnt know for sure as I've never tried adjusting fuel pressure.
I would assume though, as to rejetting my ruckus (which is carburated):

It would probably not go faster.
It might not start, or have low idle.
It would probably run rich, and stall out everytime you hit the gas, since the spark and flame in the combustion chamber would just be put out by too much fuel.

If it doesnt stall out, since it's probably different on a fuel injected car, it may run fine, but youll probably foul your sparkplugs or damage your fuel pump. I would assume on a ecu-ed car, it would probably adjust its own idle, to be high, or if not, it balances and nothing happens.

Running lean (less gas) on the other hand might make it faster, but the engine runs hotter and might detonate easier.

So in tuning, can i tune my car my leaner to get faster?
