injector duty is based on many things.
and "psi" is not a good standard to measure.
a smaller turbo with 5 psi will need no where near as much fuel at a gt35 at 5psi.

when you get tuned, they shoudl be able to tell you your injector duty cycle. if your at 85% or above, you might want to consider larger injectors.

Thanks for the info. But I still had doubt. Currently my boost is 0.6 bar. Should I change injector or increase fuel pressure ?
Some mechanic told me to increase by using rising fuel regulator, some said stay it is. But all of them said don't need change injector. Confuse now. What should I do?

what turbo do you have?

boost pressure does not dictate what size injector you need.

increased fuel pressure will make up a littel difference if your not getting enough fuel, however, it does not make a huge difference.

what you need to find out is your injector duty cycle.
when you refer to mechanic, does that mean tuner? you need some one to hook up to your engine managment software and tell you what your injector duty cycle is at full throttle/high rpms. it should be a percent. if its above 85%, look into getting larger injectors.

if you get injectors larger than 310cc, also pick up a walbro 255 fuel pump.

the larger injectors and fuel pump will solve all your fueling needs. if you wanted to get really crazy, you could do the injectors, fule pump, fuel pressure regulator and a custom fule return system....but i really doubt you have a l15 that requires all that.

Mines currently maxed at 6psi. HKS kit....
Pretty sure the stock pump with 310cc injectors will be enough fuel for around 200 crank HP.

Im doing 310s and going to run 9psi. Ill make 170-180whp and be safe.

I using td04
I did use walbro 255 but is too big to fit the tank, so I change to sard 265 smaller yet flow rate more.
I still using stock injector. Sard fuel regulator and set up from 50 psi to 55 psi.
A/f ratio is 11.2 to 11.6.
It look ok but only one of the mechanic said injector pressure is important then airfuel ratio. Anyway I don't buy his idea.
I using aem fic but the tuner left and in my country no ppl know aem tuning. Lol. So how to check my duty cycle?

My AFRs are 12.5 at the highest. 11s is pretty rich for low boost. Id understand if you were 8-12psi range.
Running a bigger pump will up the base fuel pressure. So a pressure regulator is needed to get the fuel pressure back to OEM settings for normal driving around.

With 310s and the stock pump and just tuning 12-15psi can be done with low AFRs. I dont think a pump is needed till you get to 200whp.

sounds like your getting plenty of fuel if your a/f ratios are in teh 11's when full boost/throttle.

you can view teh duty cycle yourself.
install the aem software and open the gauges window..page 19-20 in the manual below.

from ebay, saw someone selling different type of rising regualtor

if i buy 1:1.12 with 0.6 bar boost = max 67.2 PSI of fuel
if i buy 1:1.7 with 0.6 bar turbo boost = max 93.7 Psi of fuel

i was wonder if buy 1:1.7, will it jam the injector?

I also saw 8:1 type. But i am unsure what this regualtor for.
