Help Me Find My Axleback!
Help Me Find My Axleback!
I've decided that I want an axleback for my Fit as a minor upgrade from the stock muffler. I want something that looks stock, is a bit louder than stock but still quiet, and adds little more power. So far I really like the sound of the Fujistubo Wagolis from this video: YouTube - Fujitsubo Wagolis Honda Fit But that's where my first question comes in. Where in the world can I go to get one of those? I've been searching on the internet for a while and even Fujitsubo's official website doesn't seem to offer the Wagolis to the US anymore.
Another exhaust I really want is the Apexi WSII or the Apexi Hybrid Megaphone. But then this is where my second question comes in. Why in the world does Apexi's official website say that there are no applications of the WSII for Fits? This is what I'm talking about: http://www.apexi-usa.com/products/?id=5504. I tried to see if I could order it through www.evasivemotorsports.com but they show no applications for the Fit either. I see them for sale on some other sites but I am suspecting that they've mistakenly labeled the Apexi Hybrid Megaphone (which DO show applications for the Fit) as the WSII instead.
And speaking of the Hybrid Megaphone (http://www.apexi-usa.com/images_products/6448.jpg), nobody seems to have ever heard of them, after searching and searching all over YouTube and this forum for it. I need to know what it sounds like. I am so confused. Could it really be people have been calling the Hybrid Megaphone Evolution the WSII all along? Please help me out, someone who can verify that Apexi does indeed make a WSII (preferably the label from the original packaging or instruction manual), and where they got it from. I'm surprised nobody else came across the same issue.
I don't like buying something I'm not sure of and I like knowing what I buy is 100% real, so I want to make sure I am really buying a WSII, not the Hybrid Megaphone or WSI (if they even ever had that), or whatever "mysterious exhaust Apexi once made".

Nice to hear. It's what I thought too. That clears up a LOT of my frustration and confusion.
