Hi,

I'm searching for a lightweight header. Is there something available in Titanium? The popular brands don't have one (Mugen, J's Racing, etc.).

 

Honestly I wouldn't look at using Ti for an exmani. Amuse made one for the Snisen and I was seriously considering it, but just went with their stainless piece instead after some long thoughts. Might consider to use Inconel instead if not using regular stainless. The constant heatup and cooldown will make the Ti quite brittle (especially for the exmani) and it will crack at the welds. Unless possibly using like a 1.2mm thickness material and at that point the weight savings are just not what you are looking for.
