Any reason to Not buy a K&N Intake for my GE8?

Hey, I have been researching a cai for my Fit and think I have settled on the K&N. Before I spend the money does anyone have a reason to not buy this intake? Or a reason to not change the intake all together?
Thanks

gains are minimal, if anything it'll make the car a little louder. I'd say put the money towards suspension where you'll actually feel the difference.

I just put the Injen on mine. I consider it more of a true CAI, compaierd to the K&N, because it puts the filter outside the engine compartment. The K&N is really just a short ram setup that has a heat shield.
