Cheapest but best piggyback for iDSI

Hey guys,

I want to boost my 1300 iDSI with about 8 psi boost. stock everything. What would be the most economical, but good enough for task, piggyback system for my application? Apexi, Haltecj, AEM FIG, dare I say Emanage...??

Thanks

Tricky question...

Not many folks (at least on this board) have boosted an IDSI, as in the USA we did not get that engine.

Have you searched deep into the Fit Forced Induction Forum - Unofficial Honda FIT Forums?

Some one else asked a similar question here: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...-question.html

Sounds like at least you are aware of tuning and it's importance for boost. The AEM FIC and the GReddy Emanage Ultimate have both been used on FI GD's in the past. I would point you toward a Hondata FlashPro, but I highly doubt it's compatible with the non US/Cannada spec GD's let alone the 1.3 IDSI.

Thanks for your reply. after doing some research, I think I'll go with an Apexi Safc II
