Yeah, I kinda went overboard a bit. stressful day at work.

yes, keep us updated. I like my filled mounts, but actual aftermarkets are much more satisfying.

I'd be down for a set of mounts I'm far to used to the Cusco motor mounts in my WRX and hate the slop in the factory mounts on the fit.

I had the same mounts in my '11 sti. I say it all the time. Best mod I've ever done to that car

In my emails with Chris at innovative, I always ask how your guys' mounts are coming along... He says he has the prototypes ready to go and is awaiting a reply from the customer who sent the mounts in...

I'm running the 60A right now and so far that seems like plenty. Definitely more vibration, but it's not too harsh and actually feels kinda good... The rearview mirror is a blur at idle and you can visibly see the steering wheel vibrating, but it all clears up when the car gets moving. The auto-stop feature of the CR-Z does a pretty good job of hiding the at-idle vibrations once the car gets warmed up. The chassis thumping wheel hop is gone and I'm running 245/35/17 Toyo R1R tires up front with about 185 wheel hp. Just a light skipping squeal is all I hear. Also, hitting redline is way less violent now and shifting gears feels more precise. Before, if my shifts were anything but perfect, I was rewarded with the feel of an engine slapping around.

You guys want these...

Gunnar, I guess we'll get some updates on fitment by about the 1st or 2nd week of Nov? Thanks.

Hopefully we can get a GB on this to lower the price a little, but even if not I need these mounts.

There was a vid clip posted late 08 which showed how much the GE8 engine moves ( iirc it was the JDM RS).... scary to say the least. I think if owners saw that they'd all want to upgrade mounts.. lolol...

The guy who was supposed to get them was parting out his car in the for sale forum. I messaged him and posted in his for sale thread AND emailed innovative. No answer from anyone.

I hate how the GE8 gets no love from the aftermarket but they hopped right on the GK bandwagon

Just got off the phone. They're going to put them into production I guess in a month and a half. Should be available to buy then. Wish I knew what happened to the prototypes

the stock mounts are what broken mounts on a good car would be like
