Exclamation Mugen Exhaust Manifold

Looks like JHP USA now has it. Anyone try it on a USDM Fit yet?

From Ben @ A&J:

They are missing a spot where you can bolt your O2 sensor back on. I actaully fitted a Fit Arias GD8 Mugen header and it works.

If JHPUSA sell him, i think it's okay for usdm. But for this price, you get 2 OBX...

It looks like it has the factory O2 sensor port to me. But I'll stick with the OBX SS Headers I already have just the same. Especially at that price.

I wouldn't trust any website until I've gotten actual confirmation that it fits. Can't even trust King Motorsports. They state that the Mugen Sport Suspension fits, but no where does it mention that modification needs to be done to make it fit!

I saw these back, not bad. If your not planning to swap or putting much mods, this isn't bad. But a little bit too much for it. Well mugen is Mugen.

Typical Mugen unnecessary overpricing... Spoon Sports also has a header for the GD3, although it's doubtfull it'll work on NADM Fits. Even Spoon products cost less than Mugen. I'll wait for more options (cheaper/better) to become available.

Their part of the JDM facta! But I don't really care, custom headers are even better when it comes to performance, usually.

I got confirmation from JHPUSA that King motorsports test fitted the mugen exhaust manifold and stated it was a direct bolt-on. Reading your post above i am not sure how viable that source is. I love the mugen headers. So clean and definately well made. The pics clearly show a spot for the O2 sensor. Not sure where to go from here.

I guess i will wait impatiently to see what the T1R looks like and how much it costs in comparison.

Then you are talking about bypassing the cat. Not interested. I'll spend the dough.
