Okay I don't know what to call it, but it is a piece of bodywork that fits on the the bottom lip of the hatch and matches the bumper line....Who makes one and where are they available?????????? I see some in the bodywork kits post, but don't see it alone........Anyone? Bueller, Bueller?????

 

You're thinking of the Mugen tailgate garnish:



Currently they only fit the JDM rear bumpers. Someone did post up a picture of a custom garnish that fit the USDM bumpers, but I don't know whatever happened with that project.
