Hi, I bought an 08 Base model fit assuming that both body styles of the sport and base were almost identical. I just wanted to know if the sport lip can be installed on the base model. Is this possible? I have called several Honda dealers and they all tell me they are not compatible, the sport lip is not an option on the base model. I have read several posts on here that the lip can be mounted with modification. I was wanting to know if anyone on here has done this or can make a write up on how to install the lip and spoiler on a base model. Thanks!

 

I was wondering this also. Im pretty sure they can be put on a base model. I hate talking to the dealership because it seems they know nothing about mods to the fit
