Yes it's a Mugen style...not a real mugen, but it's very close to the real thing. It fits like a glove and is actually a very nice kit (made by Siebon).

i like it, cant wait to see the finished product. I'm also really liking your 240sx....especially your tail lights. refreshing to see a 180 instead of the kouki lights everyone else has

OMG ............ that is the Kit that I want. Man would you mind tell me where you get it?? I only find the USDM Mugen STYLE Body Kit on N1 Concept. you said yours made by Siebon, so I really want to know, can you plz PM me for more info.
